Pour appuyer cette acquisition, «BP Canada» offre une occasion de carrière prometteuse pour un gestionnaire de chaîne d'approvisionnement .

Le titulaire du poste est responsable de diriger les activités de planification et de la coordination du processus de planification des ventes et des opérations pour les produits BP afin de fournir une exécution supérieure des commandes des clients de la manière la plus rentable possible. Il est chargé d'assurer la collaboration entre les équipes interfonctionnelles pour évaluer les contraintes d'approvisionnement internes, élaborer des plans de production continus et travailler de manière créative pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux. La personne qualifiée aura un état d'esprit agile et centré sur le client, fournissant un soutien analytique et stratégique aux initiatives clés de batailles à remporter de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Cette personne est un agent de changement centré sur le client, anticipant les contraintes d'approvisionnement, recherchant des occasions d'augmenter les volumes de clients et la satisfaction des clients et fournissant des solutions pour respecter et maximiser le budget dans un environnement d'approvisionnement au rythme rapide et en constante évolution.

Dans le cadre de ce rôle vous serez responsable de:

  • Diriger une équipe hautement performante de 8 à 10 professionnels de la production et des planificateurs de la demande pour garantir que nous livrons des produits en étant centrés sur le client d'une manière qui atteint nos objectifs clés d’OTIF («On Time In Full»).
  • Diriger le processus de planification des ventes et des opérations des produits BP, y compris la coordination de la distribution américaine au Canada:
  • Élaborer une présentation mensuelle des résultats des ventes et des opérations pour les dirigeants.
  • En collaboration avec l’équipe des ventes et en tenant compte de l'analyse de l'historique et des indicateurs de marché, fournir les meilleures prévisions pour la planification à court, moyen et long terme pour toutes les installations canadiennes et les marchés régionaux.
  • Fournir des communications claires aux usines, aux équipes des ventes et des finances et à d'autres fonctions clés à propos des plans.
  • S’occuper de la gestion de l'analyse des opportunités de produits aux États-Unis afin de garantir que nous maximisons le soutien d'une manière qui soit rentable pour l'entreprise.
  • Réduire les coûts totaux livrés tout en atteignant les objectifs de niveau de service: planification des ventes et des opérations, planification des capacités, planification et exécution de l'optimisation des stocks..
  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et superviser l'exécution des stratégies d'inventaire, de planification générale de la production et de plans de reprises après sinistre (PRS).
  • Fournir des prévisions basées sur des scénarios et une analyse des coûts ad hoc à des fins de prise de décision stratégique.
  • Assurer un approvisionnement sécurisé en services logistiques entrants (en conjonction avec l’équipe des achats) et sortants avec la responsabilité de livraisons à temps et sans dommages au coût le plus bas possible.

Voici les compétences importantes à détenir pour poser votre candidature:

  • Baccalauréat en commerce, en informatique ou en ingénierie; ou en expérience équivalente.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis, car il vous sera demandé de communiquer avec les membres de l'équipe de partout au Canada.
  • Dix (10) années d'expérience en direction d'équipes hautement performantes dans un environnement commercial en évolution.
  • Six à huit (6 à 8) années d'expérience professionnelle en planification des opérations, expérience spécifique en matière de planification des besoins en matériaux et d'élaboration de prévisions.
  • Trois à cinq (3 à 5) ans d'expérience dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle.
  • Un haut degré de compétences analytiques et de pensée critique, combiné à un sens des affaires, est essentiel.
  • Penseur indépendant avec la capacité de conseiller les autres et d'intégrer des conseils extérieurs.
  • Capacité à faire preuve de leadership et d'innovation à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Compétences en gestion du changement et en gestion des conflits.
