Solutions Architect

A career as a Solutions Architect in the Card Delivery, Payment, Financial Crime Monitoring team , and regulatory compliance at the National Bank means participating in large-scale transformation projects that will allow you to surpass yourself, while working in close collaboration with the different sectors of the Bank. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your expertise in systems integration, Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts, cloud services, delivery of large enterprise solutions or even through your strong knowledge of business processes and your excellent communication and influence skills.

Your job

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs (functional and non-functional) with the aim of designing quality end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and architectural objectives.

• Integration Technology Expertise: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms and tools appropriate for each project and ensure that solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards

o Integration Pattern: Identify patterns most appropriate integration, such as APIs, streaming, MSA, containerization/serverless which allow scalability, maintainability and which are decoupled, secure and at lower cost

o Design Based on the Domain Driven Design (DDD): Apply the principles of DDD to solve complex problems while delivering a composable architecture

• Cloud Expertise: Produce native or hybrid Cloud solutions by offering the AWS cloud services most appropriate to the project context such as Serverless and containers

• Expertise in Security and Risk Management: Develop and implement robust security measures to protect data, applications and systems and ensure compliance with data security, privacy and regulations

• Leadership and Customer Engagement: Act as trusted advisor to customers and partners, presenting and explaining technical solutions while leading and mentoring a team of developers across the entire project lifecycle.

Within the payments, cards, financial crime monitoring, and regulatory compliance sector, you will be part of the solution architect team and report to the Senior Director. Prerequisites

· Completed Bachelor's degree in engineering or information technology, and ten years of relevant experience or Master's degree in information technology, and eight years of relevant experience

· Proven experience as a solutions architect, putting emphasis on emphasis on large-scale, complex solutions.

· Experience with orchestration technologies/technique (SAP, Camunda, others)

· In-depth knowledge of software design and development

· Proficient in AWS cloud services, such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured databases and unstructured, such as RDS, DynamoDB and S3.

· Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern ecosystem, including composable architecture, micro-services, APIs, event-driven architecture, orchestration, security and cloud services

· Knowledge of processes associated with debit/credit cards is an asset

· Excellent communicator and ability to influence, strong capacity for synthesis, analysis and popularization.

· Experience with agile methodologies.

· AWS Solution Architect Associate and/or Professional certification required.
