This position consolidates various on-site financial supports into one. The primary responsibilities are on-site financial support for Account Receivable (AR) & Revenue cycle, Account Payable (AP) & Procurement cycle.
~ In addition, the co-ordinator provides office administration support across all departments and management level for the site. 100% billing accuracy by ensuring the completeness of essential information and back-up support are available and verified prior to invoicing. Back-up support, such as but not limited to quotation, sample submission form, client PO, signed and dated Certificate of Analysis (CofA).
~ Full compliance to SGS Procurement Policy with respect to the specific purposes and restrictions of Requisition/Purchase Order (PO).
~ Full compliance to SGS Procurement Policy with respect to the specific purposes and restrictions of Purchase card (P-card) usage.
~ Back-fill front desk on switchboard, answers telephones and direct calls as needed.
~ Manage inventory of office and printing supplies.
~ Open all in-coming mail, courier all vendor invoices to Head Office on weekly basis, redirect other mail to the appropriate person on-site.
~ Experience: Over 1 year of previous working experience in an administrative related role
