What we are looking for - Charged Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Screenwriter . The primary role of the screenwriter is to come up with creative, original ideas for our producers and directors to create original adult-themed content. This role requires some filmmaking background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.This job is a REMOTE position.

The job will start on a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with new, fresh ideas daily according to our brands.
• Be able to present and communicate your ideas effectively with producers and directors.
• Be able to write clearly and concisely.
• Be able to write original and realistic dialogue.
• Be able to research and analyze market trends, pop culture, and viral ideas and apply them to your writing.
• Provide weekly reports to the manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with LGBTQ+ communities is preferred.
• Background in filmmaking, production, post-production, lighting, and cameras is a plus.
• Passionate about adult content.
• Passionate about film production, video production, creative content, scriptwriting, or other related fields.
• Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Able to keep up with demand and deliver according to deadlines.
• Adaptable, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Google products (google drive, google sheets, google docs, etc.).
• Experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising is a plus.
• Understanding social media is a plus.
