Permanent – Business Analyst

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Cette personne jouera un rôle crucial dans l'optimisation des processus organisationnels, la réussite des projets et l'efficacité des opérations commerciales. Ce rôle polyvalent implique l'analyse des besoins de l'entreprise, la supervision des projets et la rationalisation des flux de travail opérationnels afin d'améliorer la productivité globale et d'atteindre les objectifs stratégiques.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Analyse commerciale :

· Effectuer des analyses complètes des processus, des systèmes et des exigences de l'entreprise.

· Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir, documenter et hiérarchiser les besoins de l'entreprise.

· Élaborer des exigences commerciales détaillées, des cas d'utilisation et des flux de processus.

· Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et recommander des solutions innovantes.

Gestion de projet :

· Diriger la planification, l'exécution et la clôture des projets, en veillant au respect des délais et des budgets.

· Définir la portée, les objectifs et les résultats attendus du projet en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.

· Élaborer des plans de projet, allouer des ressources et suivre les progrès par rapport aux jalons.

· Atténuer les risques, résoudre les problèmes et fournir en temps utile des rapports sur l'état d'avancement du projet

Gestion des opérations :

· Rationaliser et optimiser les opérations quotidiennes de l'entreprise pour une efficacité maximale.

· Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour améliorer les processus opérationnels et réduire les coûts.

· Contrôler les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et mettre en œuvre les améliorations nécessaires.

· Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour assurer la continuité des opérations entre les départements.

Communication et collaboration :

· Faciliter une communication efficace entre les unités opérationnelles, les équipes de projet et les parties prenantes.

· Collaborer avec les équipes informatiques pour traduire les exigences commerciales en spécifications techniques.

· Fournir des mises à jour régulières sur l'état d'avancement des projets, les mesures opérationnelles et les principales informations commerciales.

Assurance qualité :

· Établir et appliquer des normes de qualité pour les projets et les processus opérationnels.

· Effectuer des tests et des validations approfondis pour s'assurer que les produits livrés répondent aux exigences de l'entreprise.

· Mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue sur la base du retour d'information et des mesures de performance.

EXIGENCES

· Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion de projets ou dans un domaine connexe

· Expérience confirmée en matière d'analyse commerciale, de gestion de projets et d'opérations

· Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en plans réalisables

· Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion de projets, y compris la capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

· Solide compréhension des opérations commerciales, de l'optimisation des processus et des mesures de performance

· Une communication efficace et des compétences interpersonnelles pour collaborer avec des équipes diverses

· Familiarité avec les outils de gestion de projet et les logiciels d'analyse commerciale

· Excellentes compétences en Microsoft Excel

· Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de raisonnement logique et de résolution de problèmes

· Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite

· Compréhension approfondie des procédures et pratiques informatiques

· Maîtrise, ou capacité à acquérir rapidement la maîtrise, d'une série d'applications, de logiciels et de matériels généraux et spécialisés utilisés dans l'organisation et dans le secteur

· Capacité à motiver des groupes de personnes pour mener à bien un projet dans les délais impartis.

· Mode hybride, Montréal

· Bilingue

· Doit avoir la capacité de voyager à l'échelle internationale
