Bosco and Roxy's - Director of Operations

Inspire. Lead. Transform. This new role calls for an experienced and knowledgeable operations manager with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills. Make your mark in a dynamic and innovative private company that is firing on all cylinders and needs your help on a highly skilled leadership team. As leader of operations and manufacturing, and reporting to the co-CEOs/owners, you will exercise your significant operational muscles to bring efficiencies and new insights into current practices.

With at least ten years operational and manufacturing leadership in the food or beverage industry, you are prepared to take that next step requiring creativity, collaboration, and insight. You will lead a team of ten direct reports with hundreds of SKUs in a complex and dynamic manufacturing environment. Your can-do attitude and ability to see beyond the standard will serve you well.

This is a newly created role that will take on the existing operational responsibilities that the CEO now carries. The need is for an experienced operations director who can bring a fresh perspective and deep knowledge to strengthen the manufacturing while contributing to the culture of engagement and commitment across the organization through honed interpersonal management skills.

This position is full time and located in London, Ontario.

Leading the operations team in the production of short-run SKUs with rapid change-over and adaptation to custom orders

The creation and tracking of KPIs for production

Oversight of the engineering team

Improvements in production and operational processes

Support of and engagement with executive leadership team and company goals

Ten years minimum operations in food or beverage manufacturing facility

Ten years of operational experience in manufacturing

Extensive experience in and knowledge of food or beverage industry

Position Details and Compensation

Full time position
Location: London, Ontario
Monday to Friday
Direct Reports: 10
Benefits: Good benefit package; group pension; healthcare spending account; matching pension contribution
Vacation: Three weeks
Travel Requirements: Infrequent
