Maintenance Technician Russell Tobin

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Maintenance Team as we are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Technician responsible for preserving the excellent condition and functionality of our equipment.

Duties:

  1. Perform facilities maintenance including preventative/predictive maintenance and repair on various CNC machines and manual plant equipment.
  2. Install, replace, repair motors, belts, fuses, filters, bearings, gaskets, valves, controls, fans.
  3. Light fabrication/welding, as required.
  4. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  5. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
  6. Order materials and maintain stores, as required.
  7. Perform other mechanical duties, as required.

Requirements:

  • Millwright red seal certification required.
  • Basic CNC control skills knowledge, an asset.
  • Ability to work all shifts and overtime, as required.
  • Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and part catalogs.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
  • Microsoft office experience required.
  • Ability to work in a Team environment and / or independently.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour

Benefits: Dental care, Life insurance, Paid time off

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
