Our card-issuing platform provides unprecedented flexibility and control for companies to issue cards, authorize transactions, and manage payment operations in real-time. Marqeta is powering the most well-known brands in the new economy (Block, Cash App, Affirm, Instacart, Doordash, Uber, Walmart, etc.). As Marqeta’s Salesforce Administrator , you will serve as a technology partner for our stakeholders leveraging Salesforce including GTM, customer onboarding, customer success and other cross-functional teams.
Your chief aim is to improve operational excellence and customer experiences by configuring Salesforce using SFDC Administrator best practices and solid engineering fundamentals in an Agile framework.
You are expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, review business requirements, perform system administrator functions, increase data integrity, improve system performance, maintain integrations and automate business processes.
Understand the company, business and technical requirements and goals
Perform Salesforce Admin duties
Design, build, test and deploy solutions in Salesforce in an Agile framework
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT dept and other engineering teams
Help maintain existing integrations with external/internal systems
Execute release management processes to achieve high quality deployments
3-5 years of Salesforce Admin experience (configure, customize, support)
~ Salesforce Administrator Certification
~ Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
~ Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
~ Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
~ Salesforce CPQ Certification
~ Experience working with a Contract Lifecycle Management solution
~ Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
~ Experience with with complex multi-phase projects
~ Strong knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model
~ Ability to systematically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
~ Marketing technical experience (Marketo, Salesloft)
DocuSign technical experience
