Lead global professional services delivery at Acceldata, combining data architecture expertise with coaching for Solutions Consultants and Forward-Deployed Engineers.
As Manager, Global Practice and Delivery, you will lead North American services while shaping global practices. You will guide enterprise implementations, technical consulting, SaaS deployments, and platform migrations. The work centers on data management, observability solutions, delivery consistency, and measurable customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, hire, coach, and develop global technical delivery teams
- Define professional services strategy and scalable operating models
- Improve revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and satisfaction metrics
- Oversee enterprise engagements, risks, stakeholders, and business outcomes
- Strengthen delivery capabilities and identify services growth opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 10 years in professional services or technical consulting
- Five plus years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams
- Experience managing several complex enterprise implementations concurrently
- Knowledge of data engineering, distributed systems, cloud, and Kubernetes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
