The Product Manager will guide the development of our innovative products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet market demands and align with our strategic goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills. Strong experience in simulation technologies, medical simulation, training, medical devices, or medical robotics is highly valued. The goal is to help guide our clients specializing in medical simulation and robotic surgery to develop products that meet their needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Product Strategy & Vision:** - Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with Haply Robotics' mission and goals. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market needs and opportunities. - Develop product roadmaps outlining the product lifecycle, key milestones, and go-to-market strategies.- **Product Development:** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development. - Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication with the development team. - Prioritize product features based on market demands, business value, and technical feasibility. - Leverage simulation technologies to test and validate product designs. - Utilize medical simulation and training insights for healthcare applications. - Use AI tools to improve workflows.- **Stakeholder Management:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management. - Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders. - Manage relationships with external partners and vendors. - Use AI tools to improve workflows.- **Product Launch & Performance:** - Plan and execute product launches. - Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous optimization. - Gather and analyze customer feedback. - Use AI tools to improve workflows.- **Market & Customer Focus:** - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. - Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of customer workflows, pain points, and use cases. - Use AI tools to improve workflows.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. L'objectif est d'aider nos clients spécialisés dans la simulation médicale et la chirurgie robotique à développer des produits qui répondent à leurs besoins.**Responsabilités clés :**- **Stratégie et vision du produit :** - Définir la vision et la stratégie du produit en alignement avec la mission et les objectifs de Haply Robotics. - Mener des études de marché et des analyses concurrentielles pour identifier les besoins et les opportunités du marché. - Développer des feuilles de route qui décrivent le cycle de vie du produit, les étapes clés et les stratégies de mise sur le marché.- **Développement de produit :** - Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour piloter le développement du produit. - Définir les exigences et spécifications du produit, en veillant à une communication claire avec l'équipe de développement. - Prioriser les fonctionnalités et améliorations du produit en fonction des demandes du marché, de la valeur commerciale et de la faisabilité technique. - Utiliser les technologies de simulation pour tester et valider les conceptions de produits. - Utiliser les idées de simulation médicale et de formation pour les applications de soins de santé. - Utiliser des outils d'IA pour améliorer les flux de travail.- **Gestion des parties prenantes :** - Servir de point de contact principal pour les parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris les clients, partenaires et la direction. - Communiquer les plans de produit, les progrès et les performances aux parties prenantes. - Gérer les relations avec les partenaires et fournisseurs externes. - Utiliser des outils d'IA pour améliorer les flux de travail.- **Lancement et performance du produit :** - Planifier et exécuter les lancements de produits. - Surveiller les métriques de performance du produit et conduire une optimisation continue. - Recueillir et analyser les commentaires des clients. - Utiliser des outils d'IA pour améliorer les flux de travail.- **Focalisation sur le marché et les clients :** - Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie, des technologies émergentes et des besoins des clients. - Mener des entretiens avec les clients, des enquêtes et des tests d'utilisabilité. - Développer et maintenir une connaissance détaillée des flux de travail des clients, des points de douleur et des cas d'utilisation. - Utiliser des outils d'IA pour améliorer les flux de travail.**Qualifications :**- Diplôme en ingénierie, informatique, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
