Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Representative specializing in the flooring industry. We are a leading provider of high-quality flooring solutions in the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing clients in a business-to-business environment.
  • Partner with builders, designers, and property management for flooring solutions.
  • Provide product knowledge training to Regional Sales Associates.
  • Identify and mitigate issues throughout the buying process.
  • Lead the entire customer journey from consulting and sales to installation and completion.
  • Oversee project management for all installations and maintain day-to-day operations.
  • Source products locally and internationally to meet customer demands.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and manage ongoing relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct measures for custom home solutions and ensure project completion.
  • Build trust within the community and exceed sales expectations consistently.
  • Manage consultations, measures, and quotes while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the flooring industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and negotiation.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of flooring products and industry trends.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to meet at the yard at 6am and work until 6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites across the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland area.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time remote position.
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Travel to job sites will be required, with travel expenses covered by the company.
