Veterinary Receptionist

Job Description

In search of an enthusiastic & friendly full time receptionist to join our growing small animal hospital in Orleans, Ontario.

Qualified receptionists candidates will be outgoing, compassionate, patient centered and motivated with excellent interpersonal, computer and time management skills. The ability to multitask and excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Applicants should be self-motivated and team player but able to work independently when needed. Bilingual (English/French) is a strong advantage but not mandatory. Previous work experience in a similar setting (medical or office) is preferred.

A passion and love for animals is key

Responsibilities include greeting clients and pets warmly, scheduling appointments, answering the phone and emails, over the counter sales, financial transactions, and maintenance of the front desk area.
