At Amplify, we aim to enhance communities, amplify opportunities, and cultivate connections. As a Project Manager – Client Success, your role will be integral in fostering long-term partnerships with our clients by delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful connections.

We are seeking a Project & Client Experience Manager to support our clients by overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring satisfaction across our service lines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering solutions that align with client needs.
Approximately 80-95% of your effort will focus on project management, client communication, and experience management across Amplify's service lines. The remaining time will revolve around cross-selling services, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting internal initiatives.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication throughout project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Monitor candidate experience by providing contractors with the necessary support and intervening when challenges arise.
Support employee experience by ensuring resources are in place, proactively identifying issues, and escalating to FPOC before client concerns arise.
Manage offboarding processes, ensuring legal and financial obligations are met and active data is archived appropriately.
Conduct regular experience check-ins with clients to ensure the delivery team is meeting expectations.
Renew existing client contracts and identify new sales opportunities within existing engagements.
Oversee project invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Address collections issues by coordinating with clients to resolve disputes.
Administer project tasks within ERP systems and other tools, maintaining communication on project scope.
Maintain accurate client project systems in ERP, Microsoft, and other applicable platforms.
Track project budgets versus actuals, collaborating with clients and delivery teams to ensure financial targets are met.
Ensure accurate resource allocations and assist managers in identifying available resources for new client projects.

You are passionate about client success and relationship management.
You are highly organized with strong project management abilities.
You are comfortable using CRMs, project management tools, and business communication platforms.
You have experience working with B2B clients, preferably in professional services, finance, or technology industries.

Experience in project management or client success roles.
Familiarity with financial services, accounting solutions, or ERP systems.
Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Knowledge of NetSuite, Acumatica and/or similar CRM systems.

Location: Remote with occasional in-person meetings primarily in Calgary. Salary Expectations: $65,000 – $80,000 base salary, depending on experience, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
