As an ideal candidate you have experience working in an industry association with regulatory and technical complexities like ours. You bring together the best of two worlds: you have the technical knowledge to understand pest management policy and regulatory frameworks; A bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, environmental science, public policy, or a related field.
~Experience in an agricultural industry association is a significant asset.
~ Strong understanding of regulatory processes and policy development and implementation.
~ A history of leading and executing projects successfully, coupled with a passion for driving impactful results.
~ The ability to inspire and influence others, making complex ideas and technical details easy to understand.
