The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. Aeolus offers a complete OTR product portfolio and your job will be to managed Aeolus Sales and Marketing activities for North America market (US and Canada).
Manage the commercial relationships with existing customers
Negotiate single / multi-year customer contracts
Build and negotiate operational action plans and a development plans for each account
Ensure profitable commercial offers of products and services
Forecast Customer needs, plan sales and monitor progress
Maintain and expand dealer network in the region
Analyze the market and understand Price and Competition
At least 3 years on sales experience at Industrial Tyre in North America Market
