Overview:

Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Global Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator, Latin America will assist in strategy, development, and execution of global marketing plans in the Professional channel of distribution in Latin America. Will also help to lead the execution and customization of go-to-market of Moroccanoil Haircare and Color in the region.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Implements marketing programs and product launch strategies in Latin America and Caribbean
  • Interact with the sales team and distributors on a regular basis to consider customer requirements so that brand plans are compatible with market needs
  • Handle all incoming requests for marketing-related information and assets as it pertains to assigned categories;
  • Assist in development and execution of Global specific program launch plans for Latin America in close partnership with broader cross functional teams (Global Marketing, PR, Creative, Sales, Social Media, Education, Digital, etc.);
  • Manage and distribute Marketing Calendars customized to markets needs to ensure key stakeholders are aware of timeline changes
  • Initiate creative assets in support of new launches, promotions and seasonal projects to be leveraged across all platforms (print, digital, salons);
  • Tracks product performance in each market
  • Oversees and maximizes usage of marketing budget per market to achieve company’s goals
  • Create, submit, and track all marketing job requests in partnership with creative (salon customization, distributor e-commerce assets, marketing materials in Spanish, packaging labels, digital assets etc.)
  • Ensures markets are up to date in terms of visual merchandising, salon marketing materials and distributor.coms.
  • Reviews and proofreads Spanish translations to maintain consistency across all channels of communications (marketing materials, presentations, press releases, websites, packaging etc.)
  • Research and track competitors on an ongoing basis; keep abreast of new product launches, promotions, advertising, etc; identify brand-relevant recommendations/opportunities in the region
  • Help prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for up-coming meetings, both internal and external
  • Any others the Employer may consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the Employer’s business processes and that falls into the category of expertise of the Employee;

Skills & Abilities:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish is a must)
  • Experience in Marketing in the beauty industry (haircare, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics) or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Il aidera également à diriger l'exécution et la personnalisation de la mise sur le marché des produits capillaires et de coloration Moroccanoil dans la région.

Tâches et responsabilités:

  • Met en œuvre des programmes marketing et des stratégies de lancement de produits en Amérique latine et dans les Caraïbes.
  • Interagir régulièrement avec l'équipe de vente et les distributeurs pour prendre en compte les exigences des clients afin que les plans de marque soient compatibles avec les besoins du marché.
  • Gérer toutes les demandes entrantes d'informations et de supports marketing concernant les catégories assignées ;
  • Aider à l'élaboration et à l'exécution de plans de lancement de programmes spécifiques au niveau mondial pour l'Amérique latine en étroite collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles plus larges (marketing mondial, RP, création, ventes, médias sociaux, éducation, numérique, etc.) ;
  • Gérer et distribuer les calendriers marketing personnalisés selon les besoins des marchés pour s'assurer que les principales parties prenantes sont informées des changements de calendrier.
  • Initier les supports créatifs pour soutenir les nouveaux lancements, les promotions et les projets saisonniers à exploiter sur toutes les plateformes (imprimé, numérique, salons) ;
  • Suivre les performances des produits dans chaque marché
  • Superviser et maximiser l'utilisation du budget marketing par marché pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Créer, soumettre et suivre toutes les demandes de travaux marketing en partenariat avec la création (personnalisation en salon, supports e-commerce des distributeurs, documents marketing en espagnol, étiquettes d'emballage, supports numériques, etc.)
  • S'assurer que les marchés sont à jour en termes de merchandising visuel, de matériel marketing en salon et de sites Web des distributeurs.
  • Passer en revue et relire les traductions en espagnol pour maintenir la cohérence sur tous les canaux de communication (documents marketing, présentations, communiqués de presse, sites Web, emballages, etc.)
  • Rechercher et suivre les concurrents de manière continue ; se tenir informé des nouveaux lancements de produits, promotions, publicités, etc. ; identifier les recommandations/opportunités pertinentes pour la marque dans la région
  • Aider à préparer les ordres du jour, les présentations et les documents pour les réunions à venir, internes et externes
  • Toutes autres tâches que l'employeur peut juger essentielles pour assurer le fonctionnement normal des processus commerciaux de l'employeur et qui relèvent du domaine d'expertise de l'employé ;

Compétences et capacités:

  • Bilingue (anglais et espagnol obligatoires)
  • Expérience en marketing dans l'industrie de la beauté (soins capillaires, soins de la peau, parfums, cosmétiques) ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
