Partner Staffing is currently working with our client to find a talented Electrical Project Manager based out of their Calgary office.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, manage, oversee, and conclude projects to ensure satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
  • Provide innovative, thorough, and coordinated design solutions within the designated budget and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain project adherence to schedules and financial plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience within the construction sector, specializing in project planning and execution within project teams
  • Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng), P.Tech, or C.E.T. (minimum of 10 years of experience) with knowledge of current CEC/NEC requirements.
  • Possession of Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, REVIT, and AutoCAD, with the ability to mentor team members and EITs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power system designs, lighting designs, and fire alarm designs.
  • Knowledge of AG132 and IESNA, alongside proficiency in building systems and calculations, is an asset.
  • Understanding of building codes, energy codes, and lighting control systems. Ability to analyze, interpret, and implement building codes across various jurisdictions.
  • Aptitude for identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
