We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative with Driving Responsibilities (Shuttle Driver). In this dynamic role, you will serve as the face of our dealership, delivering exceptional customer service while also managing basic administrative tasks and shutting customers.
The Shuttle Driver position is an integral part of our service department, ensuring seamless transportation assistance for our valued customers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing courteous and efficient transportation services to customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey. This position is also expected to handle small administrative tasks for the service office team.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5pm. There is 1-hour unpaid lunch, and 30 minutes of paid overtime every day.
Assist in other departmental tasks as needed, including appointment scheduling and office administrative duties.
Class 5 driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract.
The ideal candidate for the Shuttle Driver position will possess a combination of excellent driving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a professional demeanor. Murray GM supports the growth of its employees by offering cross-training and out of dealership training opportunities for its employees. This position is part of our succession planning for the positions of appointment coordinator, service advisor, and warranty administrator.
