Join Our Team as a Maintenance Planner
As a Maintenance Planner , you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our manufacturing facilities operate at peak efficiency. Your role will encompass crafting and executing maintenance schedules, orchestrating maintenance activities, and fine-tuning equipment performance to boost productivity. We're seeking individuals with a knack for organization, a deep understanding of manufacturing equipment, and a proactive mindset towards maintenance planning.
Craft and uphold maintenance schedules for all manufacturing equipment and facilities, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians and external partners to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Spot opportunities for enhancing equipment reliability and performance through preventive maintenance programs.
Keep a vigilant eye on equipment performance, swiftly implementing corrective measures to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Work together with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
Dive into continuous improvement initiatives, refining maintenance processes to bolster efficiency across the board.
Preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning or a related role within the manufacturing sphere.
Profound technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems is essential.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and the Microsoft Office suite is advantageous.
Bonus points for certification in maintenance planning or a related field (e.g., Embrace a comprehensive benefits package encompassing medical and health and RRSP plans.
