Role and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse at Angelic Home Healthcare Solutions, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and developing individualized care plans.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitoring and evaluating clients' health conditions, identifying any changes or concerns, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Providing skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and caregivers, to coordinate and optimize client care.
  • Educating clients and their families on managing health conditions, promoting wellness, and preventing complications.
  • Advocating for clients' rights, preferences, and needs to ensure the provision of person-centered care.
Requirements To be considered for the position of Registered Nurse, we require the following qualifications:
  • Valid and active registration as a Registered Nurse in Canada.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare, community care, or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge in areas such as wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications.
