Skills and Responsibilities: • Good Years of Experience as Agile Scrum Master • Participated in currency or similar upgrades (ABP design, Dev, SIT, PAY Prod). Has dealt with Hardware upgrades, Cloud Migrations, Azure, Decommissioning request. • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement), • Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks Familiarity with patching routines and required support. • Experience in planning and executing Infrastructure patching for platform apps. • Familiarity with Applications Security routines. (Running Scans, test, planning and remediating defects) • Familiarity with planning and executing of DR testing Nice to have: DIMAOND, NPID, TOXIC COMBOS, etc. – • Understanding of Global Access and Identify Management (GIAM) Process and protocol. • Understand how to trace and solve for Orphan NPIDs. • Can recognize and solve for access combinations that are toxic. • Nice to have: Jira, Archer, Tableau, Service Now: Ability to use these tools effectively, especially in the NEW era • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
