BIM Manager - Mechanical

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager with Revit experience and a Mechanical Engineering degree to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with plumbing and mechanical systems in commercial, institutional, and industrial building projects. As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the BIM team and coordinating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the BIM team in creating 3D models, drawings, and documentation using Revit software

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings and models

- Manage and maintain project-related data, including models, drawings, and documentation

- Develop and implement BIM standards and workflows

- Train and mentor team members on BIM software and processes

- Collaborate with external consultants and clients to ensure project success

- Conduct quality control checks on all BIM deliverables

- Provide technical support to project teams and clients as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in BIM management and Revit software

- Experience in plumbing and mechanical systems design

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other related software
