Reporting to the  Chief Revenue Officer  the  Senior Solution Consultant  will be a trusted advisor and technical expert to our clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to design and implement tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our life sciences and pharma customers.

Continuously update demonstration tools and techniques based on emerging market trends and customer feedback
Analyze client workflows and data challenges to craft tailored solutions leveraging our platform
Serve as the subject matter expert on our platform, providing technical guidance to clients and internal teams
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure clients fully leverage our solutions

Experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners
~ A solid understanding of the North American Pharmaceutical environment and key stakeholders involved in Marketing, Data, Analytics and Commercial Excellence
~ Ability to understand business needs and develop consistent, clear analysis and report potential issues
~ Accountable, proactive and agile
~ Has exceptional communication skills, understand how to influence to both technical and non-technical teams
