We are specialized in Biotech, Healthcare and IT recruitment and have more than 1000+ successful senior level placements. You'd be joining a very enthusiastic/supported team that is growing fast, with competitive compensation and commission structure with no threshold.
As a Biotech Recruiter, you will be responsible to utilize different channels to search for potential candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future employment needs. If you have strong research and sourcing skills, enjoy learning about various roles, we’d like to meet you
Responsibilities:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview, consultation, etc., ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
· Strong sourcing-research abilities, willingness to learn about the position requirements
· Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates
· Nice to have corporate or search firm recruiting experience
· Become a real business partner to anticipate need and help our clients and build their teams
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
· Bilingual preferred in English and Chinese
· This position can be based in United Kingdom, Canada or USA, and can work fully remote
