Requirements:
- •Possess a bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, biology, ecology or related discipline
- •Strong research and analytical skills
- •Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- •Strong networking skills
- •Very organized; able to organize self and others
- •Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs or similar (e.g. Word, Excel, Access etc)
- •Fluent in spoken and written English
- •Experience working in non-profit organization, land planning, grant writing, ecology or project management
- •Experience in relevant provincial legislation
- •Knowledge of local flora and fauna

Job description:
- •Coordinate and execute environmental planning projects, from successful initiation to completion of projects
- •Project management and collaboration with clients including defining project scope, objectives, and budgets.
- •Direct multi-disciplinary project teams and manage client and regulator communications.
- •Research and apply for funding opportunities
- •Conduct technical fieldwork in your area of expertise.
- •Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site conditions, impact assessments, and recommendations.
- •Drive business development by expanding your professional network and retaining clients.
- •Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior staff and volunteers
- •Developing and maintaining environmental protection program procedures and related documentation associated with monitoring programs.
