Le rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un coordinateur(trice) infolettre marketing pour se joindre à notre équipe de performance marketing. Vous devez avoir un intérêt marqué pour l'analyse de données et l'étude des comportements consommateurs. Son objectif principal sera de continuer de développer et renforcer la relation entre Altitude Sports/La Dernière Chasse et sa clientèle. Le candidat idéal est à la recherche constante d’apprentissage et d'accroître ses compétences en CRM dans un environnement en pleine croissance.

Exécuter la vision CRM d’un à plusieurs canaux (courriels, personnalisation du site)

Optimiser l’expérience client à l’aide de communications personnalisées et innovantes, dans l’optique d’améliorer les ventes, la fréquence d’achat et l’engagement des clients sur Altitude-Sports

Exécuter le programme CRM (infolettres et automatisation) de Altitude-Sports & La Dernière Chasse

Collaborer avec l’équipe de design, de gestion de la marque et de rédaction afin d'atteindre les objectifs du programme CRM et de l'entreprise

Collaborer avec le spécialiste et le gestionnaire CRM sur d’autres tâches connexes.

Constamment acquérir de nouvelles connaissances et développer de nouvelles compétences marketing et techniques en lien avec la newsletter.

Rester à l’affût des tendances dans l’industrie

Qui tu es

Un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent

1 année d’expérience en marketing numérique

Expérience avec CRM et CDP, un outil de personnalisation de site (un atout)

Un intérêt marqué pour le marketing numérique et l’analyse de données

Bilingue (français et anglais) tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

Un intérêt pour la mode et pour le plein air

Un excellent sens de l’organisation

Un attention au détail

Maîtrise de Google Suite et MS-Office (Excel)
