We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to our continued success.Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Finance Manager with approximately 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting, possess a CPA designation, and demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and forecasting. A strong technical aptitude is essential for this role, and preference will be given to candidates with experience in system implementation, integration, or other technical process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.Utilize advanced financial software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve accuracy. Participate in the implementation and integration of new financial systems or upgrades.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies within the finance department. Lead initiatives to automate and optimize financial workflows.Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and legislation.Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
