Our client provides government organizations with asset management enterprise software solutions. We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst with a strong background in computer programming, business processes with municipalities, and API development. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in C#, RESTful APIs, and experience with ArcGIS Desktop and Server. This role will be critical in enhancing our systems and processes to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and develop solutions to support the management of municipal assets, including infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using C# and RESTful APIs.
  • Manage the integration of ArcGIS Desktop and Server into business applications.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on programming and business processes.
  • Proficiency in C# and experience with RESTful API development.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS Desktop and Server environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with municipal assets strongly preferred
