Join a leading Canadian bank as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in compliance, collaborating with the infrastructure and networks team to craft solutions in line with the enterprise technology roadmap. You'll engage closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, prioritizing an exceptional client experience.
Your responsibilities will span requirement gathering and compliance execution, fostering robust relationships with business stakeholders to drive process enhancements. Serving as a compliance subject matter expert, you'll offer guidance to a diverse global team, both locally and remotely. Proficiency with Endpoint Detection and Response Tools (EDR), MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence is essential, with additional experience in ServiceNow or Power Automate being advantageous.
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
~2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
~ Experience with Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office
~ Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response Tools (EDR Tools)
~ Experience working with ServiceNow or Power Automate
~ Experience writing technical requirements


What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and execute compliance activities
Cultivate strong relationships, leading discussions and implementing process enhancements
Develop client-focused solutions aligned with business needs
Prepare and validate solution design documents, focusing on requirements and quality assurance
Offer compliance support as a subject matter expert, guiding both local and remote teams
