Key Responsibilities
Establish accountability for safety, quality, schedule, productivity, and finances Plan short
- and medium-term workforce requirements Coordinate equipment allocation and project logistics Prepare seasonal staffing and winter maintenance readiness Identify recruitment, training, and succession needs
Requirements:
Heavy civil construction professional with broad operational experience Experience as Construction Manager, Operations Manager, or similar Ability to assess workload, skills, and production requirements Capability to support multiple work fronts Strong field credibility with project and construction teams Use construction leadership and resource planning expertise to strengthen project execution, workforce readiness, and equipment utilization across Mkwa and Cress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
