Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor billing for residential, commercial, and industrial gas accounts. Resolve meter reading and billing exceptions in SAP IS-U. Process and validate billing-related service notifications. Support contact center operations with billing inquiries and adjustments. Analyze and resolve billing issues impacting revenue and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with technical and business teams to troubleshoot SAP Billing (IS-U) related issues. Lead or support the implementation of SAP solutions in Billing and Credit & Collections areas. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements for billing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience in SAP IS-U Billing . Experience with customer service and utility billing processes. Strong understanding of SAP CRM integration with IS-U (optional but preferred). Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues in SAP Billing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with performance monitoring and batch processing in SAP.
