Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Position Summary

VAST Industrial Corp., an Ontario-based holding company, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support project management, campaign organization, and marketing analytics. This role involves tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and preparing reports on market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects with efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Management: Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

· Timeline & Priority Tracking: Develop and maintain schedules, adjusting as needed to align with business goals.

· Market Research & Analytics: Collect and analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights.

· Collaboration & Coordination: Serve as the central contact between internal teams and external partners.

· Reporting & Insights: Track key metrics, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.

· Sales Support: Maintain inventory of sales materials, ensuring accuracy and coordinating updates.

· Prospect Data Management: Identify and recommend new sources of customer data.

Requirements

· 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing or communications.

· Interest in the manufacturing industry and a willingness to learn about multiple product lines.

· Knowledge of B2B marketing, including traditional, digital, and content marketing.

· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

This role will be eligible for the following:

· $55,000 annual salary

· 2 weeks annual vacation
