Hardware Store has been serving the small remote community of Bamfield since 1995. We are looking for new person to take on the legendary role of store manager to help maintain a critical piece of infrastructure to the small but industrious fishing village.
*We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to oversee and manage all aspects of our Building Supply store operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for all hardware store operations. Key duties include sales and customer service, inventory management, purchasing, receiving, stocking, special orders, quotes, logistics, man-agement of budgets, maintenance, and storekeeping.
*Assets:*
* Strong knowledge of building materials
* Proficiency in computer skills
* Business management
*Organized and can maintain paperwork, inventory, sales, ordering etc.
* Patient with a vast knowledge of home building materials
* Capable of managing challenging logistics
* Business and sales minded
* Enjoys a customer service environment in a town with often quirky locals
