Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence located in Stratford, Ontario is now looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (Senior) to join our team

As the Senior Registered Practical Nurse you will be accountable to the Director of Care for the day to day management of the nursing department and resident care services. You will ensure the delivery of optimal care and services.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a RPN at the relevant nurses college
  • Possess current First Aid/CPR certificate
  • Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long-term care nursing is desirable
  • Must have knowledge of the nursing process
  • Post-graduate studies in geriatrics is desirable
  • Must have good leadership and communication skills
  • Possession of skill in planning, coordinating, and supervising a comprehensive nursing care program
  • Received at least two (2) doses of a Health Canada approved Covid-19 vaccine.
