Together with analytics team leaders you will support our business with excellent data models to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.
Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
Using data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders
Technical experience in roles in best-in-class analytics practices
Savvy in usage of the analytics techniques to create business impacts
8 + years of experience in TALEND, Talend, Big Query, Cloud SQL, Python, Databricks/DataProc, GCP Skills required
· 5 + years of experience in SAP BI/HANA required
· 10 + years of experience managing cross-functional teams and projects required
· 10 + years of experience in stakeholder management and partnering with other leaders in driving key initiatives and data strategy required.
· Proven experience in managing large Analytic teams and Applications service intake into Operations.
· Additional experience in Tableau, Power BI, DataProc, and Databricks will be a big plus.
· Strong functional background with a solid understanding of CPG business and detailed technical knowledge to generate insights from data.
· Ability to analyze, visualize and communicate insights from our data to senior management and other stakeholders.
· Broad knowledge in Data wrangling, Data Engineering & Data Science
· Extensive experience bringing data from multiple platforms and showcase easy to understand visualizations. Skill in turning data into digital insights.
· Willingness to learn new technologies and be hands on, if required to support the team
University degree in IT or Data Analytics
· ITIL Foundation Certified (Preferable)
· Certifications in Business Intelligence Tools & technologies (Preferable)
