The Simple Investor Real Estate Group Inc. Burlington, Ontario, Canada (On-site) Looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established and growing company? The Simple Company is a multi-million-dollar organization in its 14 th year of business, and we are seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational skills and experience in the financial sector with a strong attention to detail.

Respond to emails and phone calls from investors, Olympia Trust and other relevant parties.
Maintain a digital copy for references and perform filing tasks to keep records organized.
Utilize Dolphin Software to manage investor information along with declaring quarterly distributions, sending quarterly statements, and collecting data for the Offering Memorandum
Interact with Olympia Trust to open accounts, facilitate fund transfers, process redemptions, manage DRIPs, handle trade tickets and schedule quarterly withdrawal.
Collaborate with the legal team to file legal forms.
Coordinate with lender’s lawyer and Legal Counsel as required.
Prepare commitments for individual mortgages.
2- 5 years of experience in related field
~ Working experience with mortgage related software
~ Exempt Market Dealer license or any securities License is an advantage.
