BDO is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements within the Credits & Incentives team. This role emphasizes understanding Clean Economy tax credits and capital asset programs, helping businesses navigate complex funding pathways. With a commitment to coaching and team development, you’ll play a pivotal part in fostering strong client relationships and delivering impactful insights. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Credits & Incentives client engagements effectively
- Review and analyze capital asset costs for tax qualifications
- Foster strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Communicate engagement progress and priorities clearly
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance growth
- Engineering, science, or technology degree required
- 5+ years experience in tax credit claims or advisory
- Solid understanding of Clean Economy Tax Credit programs
- Proven experience mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
