Supérieur immédiat : Responsable centre de vente

Endroit : Laval , Québec

Le poste

  • Offrir à la clientèle un service d’excellente qualité
  • Répondre aux appels et aux demandes d’information des clients
  • Donner des prix aux clients
  • Traiter les commandes des clients données au comptoir et par téléphone
  • Assurer l’entretien de la salle de montre, y compris des tablettes
  • Promouvoir et maintenir les stocks
  • Accorder son soutien à l’entrepôt, y compris aux services de l’expédition et de la réception

Aptitudes et comportements

  • Au moins 2 à 3 années d’expérience technique ou en vente dans l’industrie du CVCA/R
  • De préférence, expérience antérieure de la réfrigération
  • Excellent entregent et aptitude à communiquer
  • Connaissance de la langue seconde (Anglais), un atout
  • Bonne attitude générale et volonté de bien servir la clientèle
  • Connaissance de l’informatique
  • Nous accorderons la préférence aux personnes qui ont une expérience antérieure en vente de gros de produits de CVCAR ou qui ont obtenu un diplôme d’un programme de formation technique en CVCAR.
