Henon is a pioneer of automation software providing PE firms and their portfolio companies with a full stack technology suite encompassing Data warehousing, Applications, Modeling and Reporting functions into a single platform..
 
Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure
· Testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results
· Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
· Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
· Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
· Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions
 
Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
· Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
· Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
· Establish and maintain monitoring systems to ensure the availability and performance
 
*Previous working experience of building high-performance, scalable front and back-end applications
· In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
· Understanding of machine learning algorithms and relational data with experience writing, debugging and optimizing ML data structures, pipelines and transformations, with in Python/Pandas/SQL and various ML Libs.
· Experience in Python, JavaScript, FullStack Development, MongoDB, SQL, Linux, Redis, Celery, Tailwind, Mui, & AWS
· Experience with JS frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, & Angular
· Experience with Python Backend frameworks such as Django & Flask
· Disciplined approach to software testing including unit and integration test
