Our client is a high growth SaaS company that that is powered by AI. They are a global company spearheading a Canadian expansion They are industry leaders and have 4000 customers in over 100 countries. They are enhancing their leadership team and we are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to join their team

  • Report to VP of Marketing.
  • Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, stimulating demand, and boosting revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Sales to steer strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across various stages of the business cycle, culminating in successful deal closures.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of marketing professionals, fostering accountability, motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Utilize diverse tools and methodologies to craft a comprehensive demand generation strategy targeting ICPs and diverse buyer personas, tailored to each stage of the purchasing journey.
  • Oversee a substantial marketing budget, conducting thorough analyses to gauge the business impact of initiatives.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen in resource allocation and experimentation to continually optimize marketing ROI.
  • Spearhead strategic multi-channel campaigns focusing on prospects in key segments and verticals.
  • Implement a wide array of marketing tactics such as ABM, SEM, SEO, content syndication, display advertising, targeting, email, direct mail, webinars, and events.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and refine processes to drive core business objectives.
  • In-Office opportunity located in Toronto.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Proven success in scaling demand generation functions through people, technology, data, and processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goals-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results to all cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Strong leader and mentor with a passion to build up your team.
  • Must be located in Toronto.
