Workly Law is looking for a driven lawyer with 7-10 years of employment law experience to join our busy employment litigation practice in downtown Toronto.

Lawyers with an entrepreneurial spirit, that are looking for a leadership role within a boutique environment and that have comprehensive employment law and litigation experience would be a good fit for the role.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of litigation experience in Canada
  • Desire and ability to manage own caseload from inception including conducting consultations
  • Has a partial portable practice
  • Responsible both in and out of the workplace
  • Relevant law degree: JD, LLB
  • Licensed to practice law in Ontario

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in employment/civil litigation
  • Experience preparing pleadings, mediations, discoveries and motions
  • Legal experience within the Ontario market
