We are seeking a skilled Bilingual (EN/FR) Business Analyst with a strong background in Active Directory (AD) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of directory services and experience in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes involving AD. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and business analysis expertise to effectively bridge the gap between IT and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to AD services.Document and translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize AD-related business processes.Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, security, and user experience within AD environments.Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring AD-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope.Create detailed documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and system specifications.Generate reports and dashboards to track and communicate project progress and performance metrics.Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of AD-related initiatives.Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users regarding AD functionalities and best practices.Assist in diagnosing and resolving issues related to AD, providing technical support and guidance as needed.Monitor AD performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Active Directory.Strong understanding of AD architecture, administration, and related technologies.Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Preferred Qualifications:Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or similar.Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.Knowledge of IAM principles and best practices.Proficiency in using business analysis and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project).
