The Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) team leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non-drug interventions. We focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients – mostly life science/pharmaceutical companies – through the application of broad consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge to conduct scientifically rigorous research. This research is broad and includes qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups), quantitative (e.g., clinical outcome assessments (COAs)/patient-reported outcomes (PROS), preference research) and passive (e.g., digital health technology tools) approaches to understand patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional experiences and expectations of disease and treatment.

The role-holder will need to be a committed individual, who combines high business intelligence, excellent leadership skills, and strong product management experience. He/she will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and have the ability to influence a team of senior stakeholders. The Associate COA Product Manager will be expected to successfully lead multiple high-visibility COA programs across some or all phases of the COA product lifecycle (e.g., new development, business management).
Supporting COA Product Manager(s) on assigned COAs across different phases of the product lifecycle including product development and/or extension, commercialization activities, and marketed product management (e.g., sales and delivery of COA licenses and services)
• Actioning on day-to-day tasks to make COA assets ready for client delivery, as directed by COA Product Manager
• Partnering as needed in a matrixed model with other PCS functions for scientific development, business operations, and sales / marketing needs, as instructed by COA Product Manager
• Partnering as needed with global functions supporting PCS Instrument Services including Finance, Contracting, Legal, HR, and IT, as instructed by COA Product Manager
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop plans and deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
• English fluency (spoken and written) is required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, other sciences, computer science, engineering, or related technical discipline or experience in lieu of a degree
• 4+ years’ total work experience (pharmaceutical / medical device industry preferred)
• Prior COA development or COA commercial management experience would be ideal, but other technical program management or product management experience may also be a strong fit (e.g., software product manager, technical product manager)
• Experience in clinical or real-world research, pharmaceutical development, scientific software or technical product development or management, management consulting, or similar roles

Soutenir le ou les chefs de produit COA à travers différentes phases du cycle de vie du produit pour les COA attribuées, y compris pour la mise au point et/ou l’extension du produit, les activités de commercialisation et la gestion des produits commercialisés (p. Soutenir l’élaboration d’un processus d’analyse de la rentabilisation et les activités de diligence raisonnable pour les occasions de développement et/ou d’acquisition qui peuvent potentiellement combler des lacunes en matière de produits ou de capacités, selon les instructions du chef de produit COA.
• Collaborer selon les besoins avec les services mondiaux qui soutiennent les services d’instruments SCP, notamment les Finances, les Contrats, le Contentieux, les Ressources humaines et l’Informatique, selon les instructions du chef de produit COA.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec compétences démontrées pour la gestion efficace de plusieurs tâches et projets.
• Capacité démontrée à élaborer des plans et à fournir des résultats selon les mesures de qualité et de calendrier appropriées.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles, y compris la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec des publics techniques et non techniques.
• Solides compétences en informatique et dans l’utilisation de logiciels, y compris des applications MS Office.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) requise.
FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE MINIMALES REQUISES:
• Baccalauréat en sciences de la vie ou autres sciences, en informatique, en génie ou dans une discipline technique connexe, ou expérience tenant lieu de diplôme.
• Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle (domaine pharmaceutique/dispositifs médicaux de préférence).
• Expérience préalable en développement de COA ou en gestion commerciale de COA souhaitée, mais une autre expérience en gestion de programmes techniques ou en gestion de produits peut également être un atout (p. ex., chef de produits logiciels ou chef de produits techniques).
• Expérience en recherche clinique ou en recherche du monde réel, en développement pharmaceutique, en mise au point ou en gestion de logiciels scientifiques ou de produits techniques, en services de conseil en gestion ou dans des rôles similaires
