Cornerstone OnDemand Learning CSX Expert Start: Immediate
Duration: 4 Months
Location: Remote from Canada

As a Cornerstone OnDemand Learning CSX Expert your primary responsibility will be to oversee the implementation, administration, and optimization of the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning CSX platform for our client. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their learning and development needs, configuring the platform to align with organizational goals, and providing ongoing support and training to users.
Key tasks:
Implementation and Configuration:
Implementing CSOD in the organization's IT infrastructure
Configuring CSOD to meet the organization's specific requirements and needs
Ensuring the compatibility and performance of CSOD within the organization's IT infrastructure
Training and Support:
Providing training to users and administrators for optimal use of CSOD
Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users with CSOD-specific problems
Learning Module Configuration:
Configuring the learning module in CSOD's cloud solution based on provided requirement documents
Documenting executed test cases of learning module configuration in pilot and production environments
Documenting CSOD learning configuration using an Excel Workbook
Handing over documentation to the client for validation and approval before moving forward with configuration in the production environment
Configuring the CSOD Learning Module in the production environment based on the created configuration document from the pilot environment
Documenting executed test cases of learning module configuration in the production environment
Creating operational documentation on the CSOD Learning Module for the client using Microsoft Office. The client will validate and approve the documentation
Consulting and Project Management:
Consulting on requirements for CSOD
Reviewing requirement documents for CSOD
Project management oversight to ensure successful implementation and configuration of CSOD


Qualifications
~ Completed Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
~ Must be Certified Cornerstone Learning CSX Expert
~ Must have experience with Core Fundamentals - System Administrator Training
~ Must have experience with Learning Fundamentals - System Administrator Training
~ Must have Deep Knowledge in CSOD Security Roles / Constraints / Groups
~5+ years of Cornerstone on Demand Learning CSX implementation
~ Must have COD Functional skills
~ OnDemand Must have COD Technical skills
~ IT Skill-/Mindset
~ Management Skills
~ of learning industry
~ be Fluent in English
~ have Project leading capabilities
~ to analyze customer requirements
~ to structure work
~ to delegate and hand over work to different parties
