We are looking for a Licensed 310T Diesel Mechanic/Technician for our Cornwall dealership located at 1750 McConnell Ave, Conrwall, ON K6H 5V3. This is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible to diagnose problems and make repairs to all types of trucks, buses, trailers, and other automotive vehicles.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance of all Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) regulations, as well as the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.
Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment
Read job order, observe and listen to vehicle in operation to determine malfunction and plan work procedures.
Perform general and detailed repair of all trucks, engines and components.
Document work performed.
Overhaul gas or diesel engines.
Examine protective guards, loose bolts and specified safety devices on trucks and make adjustments as needed.
Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty.
Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Basic Qualifications
Licensed or Registered Apprentice (310T or 310S)
Good communication skills and work attitude
Quality Driven
SAP experience is an asset
Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
Criminal Record Check
Driver's Abstract
AZ/DZ License is an asset
