The Project Manager (PMO) for Egon Zehnder’s North American Expert team is a crucial facilitator of operations across the firm. Our PMO works directly with the Head of Experts, human resources, consultants, and practice-specific Expert Leaders, and should have experience managing multiple projects with competing urgencies. This full-time role requires strengths in communication, collaboration, and thought partnership as many of Egon Zehnder’s projects are ever evolving and time sensitive.
The PMO leads multiple dynamic and customized projects which require learning agility and flexibility. As a firm, Egon Zehnder is constantly evolving to meet market demands and the PMO should be prepared to adapt plans and strategies for execution as needed. The nature of these projects include but are not limited to talent development, workforce planning, implementation and launch of new resources, and process improvement and streamlining.

Serve as point of contact for internal Expert leadership teams, managing status updates and knowledge syncing
Create and maintain efficient processes for the Expert community activities and execution of development programming
Contribute to the strategic planning initiatives of our Expert Leadership teams to ensure long term success from kick-off to implementation
Lead the planning, execution, and launch of initiatives, including talent development, workforce planning, resource implementation, and process improvement

3-5 years experience as a project manager or in a related role
~ Proven experience in project management, preferably within a professional services environment.
~ Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project
~ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Certified SCRUM Master
Familiarity with project or task management programs such as Asana, MS Lists, etc.

Le gestionnaire de projet dirige de multiples projets dynamiques et personnalisés qui exigent une bonne facilité d’apprentissage et flexibilité. Egon Zehnder évolue constamment pour répondre aux exigences du marché, et le gestionnaire de projet doit être prêt à adapter les plans et les stratégies d’exécution en conséquence. La gestion de projets comprend, sans s’y limiter, le développement des talents, la planification de la main-d’œuvre, la mise en œuvre et le lancement de nouvelles ressources, ainsi que l’amélioration et la rationalisation des processus.
Agir à titre de personne-ressource pour les équipes de direction internes en gérant les rapports de situation et l’harmonisation des connaissances.
- Contribuer aux initiatives de planification stratégique de nos équipes de direction pour assurer le succès à long terme, du lancement à la mise en œuvre.
- Diriger la planification, l’exécution et le lancement d’initiatives, y compris le développement des talents, la planification de la main-d’œuvre, la mise en œuvre des ressources et l’amélioration des processus

Certification SCRUM Master
- Connaissance des programmes de gestion de projets ou de tâches comme Asana, MS Lists, etc.
De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience à titre de gestionnaire de projet ou dans un poste connexe.
- Expérience éprouvée en gestion de projets, de préférence dans un environnement de services professionnels.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets.
- Connaissance pratique de MS Word, MS Excel et MS Project.
- Capacité à créer et à tenir à jour des diagrammes de Gantt et des tableaux croisés dynamiques.
