Apply remote type The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work locations Montréal time type Full time posted on Posted Yesterday job requisition id R2403492 As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency by configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading highly complex, large-scale computer networks, management systems, database servers and business solutions in accordance with the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose situations related to large-scale issues and deployments in your field, as well as quality control and assurance. recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs; and propose implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You help solve highly complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many other fields. You lead and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners. Help clients define their needs. Analyze and interpret data according to your field of expertise to inform decision-making on IT solutions and the best practices in quality assurance and application development
Analyze risks, write highly complex reports and test cases and propose solutions. Oversee the implementation of action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters

*  Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of French is required
Independent speaker, upper intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
