Mechanical Estimator

Job Requirements
- Prepare pre-estimate functions, including procure drawings, review plans, specifications, contract documents, attend pre-bid meetings, visit sites, make recommendations regarding the quality of the bid opportunity
- Prepare project take off packages, review and identify changes, cost, material, equipment and labor ,Ensure all projects meet compliance standards (CSA, CEC, ULC)
- Assist in the preparation of scope definition, contract documents, subcontract administration and vendor relations
Job Qualifications
- 4-5 years estimating experience in the construction industry
- MUST have estimating software experience, preferably Accubid software
- MUST have mechanical estimating experience with piping and plumbing
