Senior Management Opportunity - Forest Industry Experts Wanted Location: Southern USA – Alabama, Florida (Relocation Assistance Provided)
We're seeking talented senior management forest industry experts to join our team and help lead our US sawmill sites to new heights
Peak North America encompasses a group of companies who provide fabrication, construction, machinery, and plant design for industrial projects in Canada and the US. Rooted in the forest industry, Peak North America is continuously refining the group of businesses to include innovative projects that meet the demands of the industrial sector.
As a Senior Management leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of our startups in the Southern US. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in the sawmill and forest industry to optimize production processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to our sawmill interests, optimizing operational performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including production planning, resource management, quality control, employee management and safety protocols.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate fabrication, construction, machinery, and plant design solutions into forest industry operations, optimizing efficiency and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, regulatory agencies, and local communities.
Proven track record of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the forest/sawmill industry, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong technical knowledge of sawmill equipment, processes, and industry best practices acquired through hands-on experience.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Willingness to relocate to the Southern USA.
