You will design, build, and deliver solutions to optimize delivery of corporate services to eliminate manual work, drive efficiency, improve processes with an overall goal to enhance corporate service delivery and the employee experience to ensure our client remains competitive and recognized internally and externally as a great place to work. This position is a great opportunity to use your experience in designing effective and efficient processes, structures, and operations and to bring your strong operational and process mindset to a large organizational transformation.Key Accountabilities:Partner with the CHRO to conduct organizational reviews of critical non-academic functions.Highlight roles and responsibilities that overlap and centralize these tasks to drive efficiency and improve service levels.Provide key insights, define the roles, create consistency, create the organizational structures, and build a plan to execute these changes as part of a broader transformation.Subject matter expert providing guidance for executives and senior leadership related to organizational development and effectiveness initiatives aligned to business objectives.Promote new ways of working; consolidating, standardizing, and automating work to create capacity across corporate services functions.Embrace continuous improvement; promote governance, and the use of data and analytics to drive accountability, learn and adapt to meet changing needs.Engage business groups in consultations regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of their organization structure and operating model.Present design options based on business objectives to evoke strategic conversations on the desired future state structure and business model.Facilitate the development and implementation of organizational and functional competencies to support organizational goals and competitiveness in the marketplace, while enabling the delivery of high value-add to clients.Manage programs and projects to ensure timely delivery and cost effectiveness (analytics, tracking and reporting on operational performance and agreed metrics).Education and ExperienceDirector-level HR experience specializing in Organizational Effectiveness and Organizational Design.University degree specializing in Human Resources (or related field) preferred; master’s degree and/or CHRL designation are an asset.Led organizational restructuring.Six Sigma or LEAN certification is a must.Strong project management skills with a proven ability to prioritize, plan and execute projects from envisioning stage through to implementation.Strong consulting and coaching skills, including experience influencing senior leaders.Worked in complex unionized environments is ideal.Proven ability to influence and drive change aligning people strategy with business goals.Ability to build and maintain collaborative, positive relationships with all stakeholders in a matrix structure.Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to apply sound judgment and innovative solutions to challenging issues.PLEASE SEND YOUR CV (AS A WORD DOC) TO: Interim.Applications@LHHknightsbridge.com (Subject: Job Title)LHH Knightsbridge Interim Management is a service to help our clients address a wide range of scenarios including leadership support due to sudden departures, driving key change initiatives or leading transformation projects.
